Full Wedding & Event Planning Package

This comprehensive package includes guiding clients through the entire planning process. Couples may be involved as much or as little as they desire. Our team specializes in destination weddings and we love working with clients to incorporate culture, religion, blending families and personal style.

All elements of the event(s) will be planned including design & decor, location, vendors to suit your style and budget, budget tracking and more. From venue scouting to sending you off on your honeymoon, this package covers every detail.

Pricing is available upon request; each package is customized to suit the details of your event and includes all coordination staff needed to facilitate the event successfully.

Additional services are available for planning/designing/coordinating your rehearsal dinner, wedding brunch, welcome reception or fun destination excursions!

‘Lite’ Wedding & Event Planning Package

This Lite package includes every element of the Full Wedding & Event Planning Package but is edited to include booking up to 4 vendors of your choice and a select number of venue walkthroughs.  This comprehensive package includes guiding clients through an edited planning process—couples may be involved as much or as little as they desire.

Venue Scouting

With over 10 years in Santa Barbara and the Santa Ynez Valley we provide access to hundreds (yes, hundreds!) of event venues. Our team can assist you with finding the perfect location for any event be it intimate or grand.

Get all the insider information and assistance in finding the perfect estate, ranch, winery, resort, beach, restaurant, or fresh new venue.  Our venue scouting service grants you access to new and exclusive properties, private estates, and “out of the box” locations you may not have even considered.

This service includes an initial consultation, referral links to narrow down your preferences, booking of site visits and walking each venue with you to discuss your options and provide recommendations.  Pricing is charged hourly for walkthroughs only.
